-Due to Covid-19, please restrict occupancy to only the person being serviced.
- Please wash hands before being serviced.
- Please have mask on.
- Temperatures will be taken before start of appointment.
- Technicians will have mask and gloves on at all times while performing service.
- If you have to reschedule due to any type of illness, we require 14 period before a new appointment can be made.
-When inquiring about service, please include first and last name, service needed, color choices, and location
- Please allow to the end of the day for any messages to be answered.
- Service totals do not include travel fees which varies according to location of service.
4-5 days advance booking is usually recommended to get desired day and time for private bookings and 3 weeks in advance for corporate events.
-A $35 nonrefundable deposit is required in order to book an appointment.
- 48 hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel service. Anything less than 2 days advance notice will forfeit deposit.
- Any services booked but not rendered due to client cancellation after service provider has arrived will be charged in full.
Because of the unpredictable nature of traffic, please allow technicians up to 25 mins grace period to get to the location of service.
Any fees incurred for locations that charge to park will be added to customer's total.
-Due to time constraints, please be thoroughly prepared to be serviced once technician arrives at location. Service will begin promptly after set up is completed.
-Please have one bath towel for each nail service being rendered (manicure and pedicure = 2 towels)
-Body Scrubs will require 3 towels
- Please have final payment prepared. Payment must be complete before technician can leave.
